He has directly led $10M+ transformation programs and managed teams across large-scale IT application rollouts in pharmaceutical, medical device, food & beverage, and agroscience environments.

Carlos brings over 20 years of experience building and scaling large delivery organizations across enterprise integration, track & trace, and digital industry programs, with leadership roles spanning Accenture and IndX. As VP for EMEA, he oversees end-to-end business operations, leading strategy, delivery, and organizational scale while driving consistent execution across multi-country teams and complex enterprise programs.

Clément Mahé is a France‑based engineer specializing in industrial processes and Digital Manufacturing. With more than 15 years of experience implementing MES/MOM solutions - particularly SAP ME, SAP MII and SAP Digital Manufacturing - he has been involved in complex transformation programs across multiple industries. Since joining IndX in 2014 as a SAP ME & SAP MII technical consultant, he has grown into the role of Digital Manufacturing Delivery Lead for Europe, where he guides multidisciplinary teams working on leading MES/MOM platforms including SAP, Siemens and Rockwell Automation. Passionate about operational excellence and factory digitalization, Clément focuses on delivering scalable, robust and future‑ready manufacturing solutions.

Daniel has over 15 years of experience leading engineering automation initiatives across multiple industries. At IndX, he leads the Engineering Automation practice supporting 100+ clients, specializing in CAD, CAE, and manufacturing engineering automation, modeling and simulation, and the integration of engineering workflows through automation languages and tools.

David is an experienced Technical Project Manager & Solution Architect with 15+ years leading multimillion-dollar portfolios and delivering complex technology solutions. He is skilled at managing multiple concurrent projects and collaborating with global cross-functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations, and Innovation. Known for bridging business strategy with technical execution—both architecting best-practice solutions and driving delivery from concept to deployment.

Emilien is a seasoned SAP MES specialist with over 15 years of experience in SAP MII, SAP ME and SAP Digital Manufacturing. Graham Heiner is an experienced Delivery Manager with over three decades of experience in asset management, digital transformation and project leadership across Australia and Europe. Currently serving as the European Delivery Manager for Asset Management at IndX, he leads a specialized team delivering consulting and professional services. His current focus involves overseeing SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), mobile and scheduling solutions, material management improvements along the supply chain, alongside custom development solutions.
