- Challenge: A multinational tobacco producer ran a heterogeneous mix of legacy and modern machines. Capturing high-frequency process data, then storing and computing on it, was difficult. Uneven machine speeds across lines led to bottlenecks, minor stoppages, and measurable OEE losses.
