Video Overview
Movilitas.Cloud is a next-generation Software-as-a-Service cloud-based solution developed by IndX. Movilitas.Cloud helps industrial enterprises digitally serialize, track and trace their products worldwide and across supply chain networks while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and industry-specific standards.
In this video, you can learn how to fulfill Transaction Information (TI) requests from distributors using Movilitas.Cloud. When dispensers initiate TI requests, businesses can use Movilitas.Cloud to access product information such as serial numbers, supplier details and warehouse storage locations, and share this information simply and securely through email.
Video Content Breakdown
Demo Overview: TI Trace Request Workflow
This demo illustrates a Transaction Information (TI) trace request initiated by a dispenser and handled through email-based communication between multiple stakeholders in the pharmaceutical supply chain.
Dispenser: Represented by Systec, initiates the TI trace request, defining the product and its attributes (e.g., color).
Distributor: Represented by Movilitas.Cloud, receives and processes the trace request.
Upstream Partner: NexaMed Pharma, represented by TraceLink, identified as the source from which the distributor purchased the product.
Tenant Example: VitaCore Distribution, operating as a tenant on the Movilitas.Cloud platform using serialized logistics applications.
Configuration & System Setup
Within Movilitas.Cloud, VitaCore Distribution configures:
The email address used to receive TI trace requests.
Identifier validation settings to verify that the requester is an authorized trading partner. Because this is a test environment, test indicators are enabled; these would be removed in a production system.
Trace Request Receipt & Analysis
When Systec sends a TI trace request via email:
The request is automatically ingested into Movilitas.Cloud.
Each request includes an attached file and is logged as an unresponded trace request until action is taken.
Automated Trace & Data Validation
Upon opening the request:
The system immediately displays the product and serial number.
Movilitas.Cloud performs an automated trace to identify:
Where the product was purchased
What was received
To whom the product was sold This enables fast verification of product movement across the supply chain.
Response Execution & Communication
Once validated:
The user initiates a response directly from the platform.
An email response is automatically generated and sent to the requester’s email address (as provided in the original request).
The system records the date, time and recipient of the response for audit purposes.
Response Content & Compliance Assurance
The response email includes an attached file containing:
Complete transaction information (purchase and sale details)
A transaction statement confirming compliance with FDA requirements
Verification that all parties involved are authorized trading partners
